Um.

This...makes no sense. More people have died in the name of Jesus Christ than in any other name in recorded history. Yet would anyone here say Christianity is a horrible religion? No. Because it isn’t. It preaches unconditional love and forgiveness. There are Christian extremists, though, who give the religion a bad name - why do you think liberals dislike Christians? It’s because the ones they see on the news are the ones saying that 9/11 was caused by God to punish Jewish homosexuals. The media only shows the extremes of anything, because the public finds the extremes more exciting; sad and irritating, but it’s the truth. Islam is also subject to this tendency. There are Muslims who are insane about their beliefs, who truly believe the Koran orders them to kill those of different faiths. But is this the majority? Are Christians who insist women should not have jobs the majority? The answer is no in both cases. Islam has, at its heart, several wonderful principles, such as the Zakah, which states that all Muslims must give 2.5% of their annual income to charity. I don’t personally agree with lighting the Empire State Building for any religious holiday, as that seems like an indication of one faith being more important than others. But if the owners want to light it up for Ramadan, I say kudos. NYC is a global city, like Paris, London, and LA. And Islam is a very widespread religion worldwide. If they’re going to honour Christians and Jews, why not Muslims?

Wrong premise.

120,000,000 in the 20th century ALONE by atheistic dictators...this is not counting the islamic invasions, the barbarians, Persians, Egyptians etc.
