What? Nowhere does his transcript quote her using those "exact words" "out of [her] mouth."

His transcript is wrong or, more likely, he's lying.

Per the transcript he accused her of saying "Jews need to be perfected." when in fact she said we just want Jews to be perfected, as they say, in the context of the country being a better place if it were all Christian.

Same meaning, and imo irrelevant as to the quality of the nation or the Republican Party.
