I am not surprised at all. This is what we deserve for electing those traitors in the house. I wonder who voted for this crap.
The beauty of a voice vote, as in this case, or "without objection" motions is that you'll never know, and thus can't hold your Lords and Masters representatives to account. They like it that way.
