Sure, the fence is needed to avoid that bizarre thing happens in the USA. Remember Ted Bundy, Jeffrey Dahmer, Ed Gein, Albert Fish, Edmund Kemper, Otis Toole, John Wayne Gacy, Albert de Salvo.. they all were Mexicans, weren’t they? yeah, sure.
