I have a friend, has a 40 occupancy bar. On the first of the year, he has to go to town hall and had over ten grand ($10,000) in over 20 permits to have the pleasure of opening his doors. That is just for permission. By the way, usually at least twice a year, five or so cruiser, with cops at all entrances come in around 10 o’clock at night, either Friday night or Saturday night and make the bartender pull down all the permits. They have to be exposed to the public. Even though these are the same renewals ever year and are on file at town hall.

Mitt did nothing for deregulation, which is an Executive function. Too small, little people, on to bigger things. You know.

Maybe your friends bar is a nuisance like one on our block. The Police here in NYC do the same to it for that exact reason
