As Mayor, Rooty appointed mostly liberal Democrats to NYC`s municipal courts. He thinks Ruth Bader Ginsberg was a fair choice as a SC justice.
Rooty has no intention of appointing conservatives to the SCOTUS. Tell me, what liberal does?

Think courts thats where the issue will be decided.I will say it again- The Courts are a lost cause. They require Senatorial approval. There is no way a Democrat controlled Senate is gonna approve constructionist judges. IT WON'T HAPPEN.
