Duncan Hunter has done the heavy lifting on the border issues, authoring the bills, ie. the Border Fence, etc.
Hunter has been on the border issues years before most knew there was a border.
Tom T. has rode along on Hunter’s work.

That could be. I know Hunter has lobbied long and hard for the border fence off San Diego and he points out how well it works all the time.
