By answering the questioner, it said it would absolutely be willing to consider giving up Executive Powers it argues are unsupported by the Constitution.

Isn't it obvious that even if she's right that President Bush has taken up unconstitutional powers, no moral reflex, urge or compass will cause her to renounce out-of-hand (even as a lawyer, an officer of the court) doing likewise?

She'll consider doing otherwise. Oh, yes, absolutely!
