That was early in the morning and it is obvious from this photo that he had already had his daily meeting with the VP as he is in the Oval office as the President departs.
Once again these photos prove the hours that both of these men put in for their country.
Thanks so much for your insight into this photo. The long hours and untold daily leadership and comfort the Pres and VP give, could go virtually unnoticed if not for posts like yours to remind us.
