This seems so much like the run up to WWII, when the weaker tyrants huffed and puffed and bluffed and intimidated the stronger nations, who cowered and later found themselves in a big war with the tyrants who had become giants. This time the approaching conflict is about Armageddon, but the stronger nations still cower and watch their approaching fate. The only hope for world peace seems to be a massive and totally overwhelming strike that eliminates the tyrants before they grow much stronger. But, the history of civilizations has a perfect pattern of hiding from tyrants until they come to butcher you in your own home. If we wait much longer, this coming war will surely be the final war of wars, because the tyrants will soon have the power to blow up the world.

Mr. Putin’s been doing a lot of warning lately. He’s going to find himself on the complete wrong end of this conflict.

A new partnership accord is seen as particularly important for the European Union because it is intended to regulate also energy ties as Europe increases its reliance on Russian oil and gas imports.
And there's all you need to know about how strongly Europe will stand up to a tyrant like Russia, let alone a homicidal terror state like Iran. We're goin it alone boys!
