There is an easy way to fix on site voter fraud IMO. As people come in, have people of all colors declare their citizenship at the border patrol check point station. Next step is the LE station for a thumb print to determine is you are a citizen that can legally vote , are dead, and are not voting “again” After that proceed at business as usual.
I support digital thumb print scanning that wouldn’t be used to record anything about you other than you have already voted in this election, so you can’t vote again.
