I read that the deal includes 70 A350XWB (in two different versions) plus options for 50 more, 11 A380 (which makes it 58 for Emirates), and 20 A320.

Overall, the deal is worth $20.2b for Airbus.

That seems like an awful lot of airplanes for a small country. Are they trying to get all of their citizens in the air at once?

I’m looking for a job flying 737NGs as a Captain. Does anyone have any leads on contacts in the Middle East or specialty employment agencies? I’m current and qualified. (and almost 60)
