Dubai wants to attract 15 million visitors in 2012.

Talk about mega.

It is impossible to explain Dubai to someone who has never been there. The place is incredible. I've been there 6 times (courtesy of the US Navy) and each time I visit, the place is unrecognizable from the last time I was there due to the constant state of construction and development. It really is a dizzying experience. I love Dubai.

I have friends in Qatar and they tell me that although Doha is going nuts these days, too, it has nothing on Dubai.
