I really don't see this as a liberal vs. conservative thing- More like human vs. animal. Maybe you can explain to me why any cop needs to tase a man who is shackled wrists and ankles. And how that fits your conservative viewpoint.

No one should be tasered when already otherwise restrained, of course, that is an abuse and there is no excuse for that.
But think of this you are bringing up an extreme abuse situation to justify taking away a useful tool for law enforcement....hmm are you CNN?
Also just look at this article for truth such as “Deacon Frederick Williams ...31-year-old Church Deacon” I have never known much Church people to be handcuffed behind the back and in leg restraints.

That being said of course your point is still completely valid but obviously these are extreme and exaggerated
cases put forth by the supreme commanders of liberal weenisness. Wouldn’t the moral of the story be that when confronted by those we put in authority, do exactly as they say at the time, and if they don’t behave sue them later if you are still alive. The priority being the do as they say part .
