Rudy’s administration laundered money to hide his affairs. He knowlingly promoted a mobbed-up pal of his to police commissioner (and later got him nominated for head of Homeland Security). Rudy’s personal life is a mess, and his administration was corrupt. The only difference between him and Bill Clinton is a matter of degree.
