These people are volunteers - they are not CONSCRIPTS WHO WERE FORCED INTO THE MILITARY AGAINST THEIR WILL.
And .. I believe if they show up in Congress and SWEAR they committed some crime .. they should immediately be arrested and tried for their crimes.
