The very name of this facility gave me an idea -

if the “Native Americans” can build casinos on their reservations because they are considered to be “other countries” -

why not nuke plants?

That’s a fantastic idea. Tribes that are too remote for casinos could build nuclear power plants instead.

The Skull Valley Goshute tribe in Utah, noting the years of delays for the Yucca Valley waste storage site, are promoting their reservation as a commercial alternative. Unfortunately, they still have to ask for permission to do it.
