I don't think it's known yet if it's the same shooter from the earlier shooting at a YWAM base, but for the first shooting, witnesses described the shooter as a young white male. It also says that in this article.

That description appears to be the Arvada shooter, since it is between quotes from the Wheat Ridge PD (next to Arvada) and from people at the youth center. I haven’t seen a description of the Springs shooter, though.
