I know what they tell you is the law. They tell you everything is a privelege now. You need a permit to carry a weapon thats a guaranteed constitutional right. Whats the point of having a 2nd amendment if you cant even have a gun on your persons when you want one. Since when does “shall not be infringed” relegate you to only having a weapon in your house. I wish someone would challenge this like they are challenging the DC gun ban that is blatantly unconstitutional.
I live in Illinois, no concealed carry permits. I would challenge this law but that would take a lot of money that I don't have. The ACLU is not exactly knocking on my door to provide legal services either, for what is on the face a direct contradiction of the second amendment.
