I wouldn’t live in Monkey County for all the money in the world. Add to this nonsense that O’Malley and the Dem legislature just passed the largest tax increase in the history of the state, bumping up income, sales, and business taxes.

Northern Virginia was created by Maryland tax policies.

All this means is that pressures for development in Fairfax County will increase, house prices will go up (while collapsing in the rest of North America), and we'll get a tax break down the road (since tax rejustment is required as valuations increase).
