The difference between this and the Madonna made out of elephant dung or the crucifix submerged in a jar of urine etc is those works were funded and exhibited using tax dollars.

The same constititional prohibition on promoting my religious faith also prohibits them from using the power of the State to criticize and mock my religious faith.

Check your Constitution - there is no constitutional prohibition on promoting your religious faith.
