I sent an email to Gov. Crist urging him to pardon her, and I would encourage you to do the same. I don’t fault the cops for doing their job, but this is what the pardon power is for—to right injustice caused by strict technical application of the law in situations that don’t really warrant the penalty imposed. We don’t need to prosecute a 10 year old girl for bringing a knife to school to cut her lunch meat. She (and others) can be taught the necessary lesson with measures that don’t remind you of Muslim “justice.”

They've already been taught the "necessary lesson" ... if they can see. The State is your lord and master, and wants to control every aspect of your life. Bow before the Almighty School District.

The "rule" which she "violated" is chickenshit.
