DUNCAN HUNTER gets things done! Duncan Hunter actually had a fence built which tremendously cut drug trafficking and crime in San Diego, and Hunter authored the bill for a fence from California thru Texas, which was signed into law, and here’s the fence!

It is a DOUBLE fence with border patrol in-between, and note the CLIMB-PROOF BARRIER at the top.
