You could point to 'minority' racists tending toward the Democrats, but as have stated before, European racism and 'minority' racism are usually two separate things.
As the title, one keyword, and many of the comments hear point out, European racists tend to believe they are more advanced in some ways than other 'races.' This is the case for a few 'minority' racists, but not most.
Most of them view Europeans as not morally or intellectually beneath them, but instead harbor undue resentment toward the entire group based on insults--perceived or actual--which they believe European descendants subject members of their 'race' to.
Surely all of the freepers who act as if La Raza, etc. and the klan, Stormfront people, etc. are the same realize this?
They are both racists, but beyond that, they are two hugely distinct groups with two hugely distinct motives for their racism.
(Most of this post was not directed at SJackson; only the first bit).
Then I'll respond to the first bit. You're absolutely right, but they're rejected, not by Paul but by the rest of the GOP, which is the important thing.
Your definition of racism is far too broad to be meaningful. Not to mention rigged to make non-white racism appear to be defensive.
Can’t we just say that Stormfront, the KKK, La Raza, the SPLC, and other hate groups should be shunned?
Paul could do a lot of good by giving back the Stormfront money. Or better yet, giving it to charity (if that’s legal under campaign finance rules).
