The Public Prosecutor’s Office in Warsaw charged Cameroonian Simon Mol with infecting 12 women with HIV and illegal possession of a weapon.

So if the women wanted protection, how is that racist, because they didn’t want to conceive? No. They must obviously have had another birth-control device or they would have refused (unless they were counting on an abortion).

So, we have to adduce that their alleged racism was based upon not wanting to contract an STD.

Well, if that is the case, apparently there was some legitimate basis for their racism. And this sick bastard just gave more legitimacy to the charge.
