A very effective way to deal with things like this would be to go to their events and publicly point out how they’re lying. I’m not suggesting engaging in a rant, only pointing out their lies in public. And, upload the exchange to a video sharing site. Without credibility no one is going to take what they say seriously. And, that will send a message to the others, like Wallis and Mahony.

Exactly.

Get one guy (or gal) who is a good public orator and is not easily intimidated or flappable --and practice the script like crazy, then someone else who is good with the video cam, to go in and sit close...walk in separate and do not acknowledge each other. Kick things off in a "question from the floor". They will become unglued or otherwise make a misstep. Video the entire spicy interchange and then "YouTube it" and embarrass their asses off. Yes! Citizen activism. It can be done.
