A lawsuit is standard operating procedure for Scientologists. Whenever they are attacked .. they have a policy of attacking back as hard and furious as possible. The idea is to make it so overwhelming, that people will be afraid to attack them.

Well, Hell, lets elect that guy. He has convictions!
Must be talking about Tom Cruise. Mitt Romney's in a cult too but has no convictions.

Same playbook that CAIR uses for the Religion of the Pedophile Prophet Mohammed.

It is amazing how apparently easy it is for these fringe religions to attract new members. Take Jehovah Witnesses for example. You can’t celebrate holidays, you can’t socialize with anybody outside the religion, you have to spend much of your free time going door-to-door handing out Watchtower phamplets, etc., yet you have people saying “that sounds neat” and joining up in droves.

The Mormons seem to have it solved.

And God created Scientologists just so Jehovah’s Witnesses would have somebody to laugh at.

“Sure, Tom. We’ll make you our (snicker) number 2 man. Just keep those checks coming and keep your place staffed with well-paid scientologists. Yep, you can pretend to be, I mean, you can be in charge all you want!”

...although the church is not recognised officially as a religion there [Germany].

One wonders how much they paid Bill Clinton to have the IRS give them religious tax status.

Could Cruz be finished as a leading man?

At 45 he could play the old wizard in the remake of Rosemary's Baby.

He already is.

The book also goes into Tom's homosexuality, as well as basically outs John Travolta.

Of course, most already know about John and have had suspicions about Tom for years.
