Facing a double-digit defeat in New Hampshire, a sudden collapse in national polls and an expected fund-raising drought, Senator Hillary Clinton is preparing for a tough decision: Does she get out of the race? And when?!
"She can't take multiple double-digit losses in New Hampshire, South Carolina and Nevada," laments one top campaign insider. "If she gets too badly embarrassed, it will really harm her. She doesn't want the Clinton brand to be damaged with back-to-back-to-back defeats."
Meanwhile, Democrat hopeful John Edwards has confided to senior staff that he is staying in the race because Hillary "could soon be out."

Key players in Clinton's inner circle are said to be split. James Carville is urging her to fight it out through at least February and Super Tuesday, where she has a shot at thwarting Barack Obama in a big state. But others close to the former first lady now see no possible road to victory, sources claim.

One bumber...was looking forward running against someone who 46% of population says won’t vote for her before election even begins.
I think the idea of her dropping out is BS. The laboratory is working on her latest reinvention as we discuss this whole affair.
This article is probably one of many either subtle, or not so subtle preparing us for the JOY of the upcoming return of the “COMEBACK KID”. We are to be thrilled that Hillary was able to reinvent herself and beat down all the hideidiot (play on the word hideous) Dragons to win the Castle.

I don’t believe it. She will stay in through February 5 and in the meantime, Obama better be ready for some real mud slinging.
This is her last shot at it. She’ll be too ugly to run again later. Age has not been kind to her.
Aren't the super delegates commitments verbal, as in not binding, as in Bill's wedding vows?

Perhaps, but he has it out there now and the story will fly. That will make it even worse if it is not true.
I hope this isn’t true: I swore years ago that I never wanted to hear that idiots name again but, so long as she’s getting her butt kicked I’m more than happy to continue seeing her in the news.
Hillary isn’t going to drop out just yet. But it does my heart good to see her not walking away with the nomination.

He’s FAR more dangerous than she is, IMO.
The guy is likable, and the speech he gave the other night in Iowa was very inspirational, (even though he didn’t really say anything).
Until the announcement is made, I’m going to continue to assume they’re setting us up. Next step in the standard Clinton playbook would be an announcement that she didn’t lose N.H. as badly as people said she would. Then, soon, “the comeback broad”.
