Hillary may be a candidate easier to defeat than Obama.

You could be right. Can't restrain my glee over Hillary's decline, but at the same time, I've had this nagging little "Be careful what you wish for" thought going on.

OTOH, I can't see Obama's sustaining the kind of giddy cult-of-personality worship he's enjoying now, through all the months up until November. A lot of Dims are permanently deluded, but most independents, I think, will sober up.

And lo, I just heard Pat Buchanan say exactly the same thing (on the John Gambling radio show). Pat's a shrewd analyst so I have hope he (and I) am right about Obama.

Pat did say a few weeks back that if Hillary lost both Iowa and NH, she was done.

Obama appeals to more people than Hillary. She has high negatives, whereas Obama is said to be likeable and inspiring and represent change. Hillary’s been in Washington, DC since 1993 and Obama since 2005. He’s more difficult to defeat than Hillary.

Hey, Barack Hussein has very limited experience and a whole host of questions about his involvement with islam and other issues that he will get hammered with. The thing is, the Clintons can’t use them as it will offend all dems that they need to win. It is almost too good to be true.
