BS, Idiots of all racial backgrounds belong to gangs. It is not about what race they are, it is about their being stupid enough to belong to a gang.
Gang culture is everywhere, sometimes it just has different names, ALF, ELF, Greenpeace, Anarchists, rEVOLution, whatever.
Other than the skinheads I really don’t know how you can compare inner city black gangs(bloods/crips etc) with greenpeace, elf etc . You know the bloods/crips the ones whose initating rites is to rape a woman or kill someone.
