Crappo.

THis is my worst fear - HC will be anointed the 2nd comeback kid - even if she looses by 4% (unlikely now).

The crying worked/

John McCain is now, I think, more likely than not to be the Republican nominee for President.

He won NH in 2000. How'd he fare after that? Pat Buchannon won NH in '96 then stumbled badly.

Presidential elections are a marathon not a sprint.

Shoot, he's one of the few people in the country who actually CAN say he is African American. African dad, American mom.

But because of his half whitey, he ain't black enough for the southern blacks. AND he doesn't get the "history" of being black in the US.

I don't think he'll carry southern blacks at all.

That’s what I thought a couple days ago. Maybe the crying worked for her. If so, that is pretty sick.

“Congrats to John McCain, now let’s get rid of Huckabee!”

Only a very slight improvement.

Giuliani giving his NH volunteers a pep talk, getting a big cheer. Sounds positive.

New Hampshire is not the country. This is interesting but does it really mean that much?

Especially on the Republican side, I’d say no.

In Iowa it was Huckabee. In Wyoming it was Romney. In N.H. it’s McCain. The race for the GOP nomination is going to go the distance.

Because it means McCain is the favorite in SC, too, with Thompson and Huckabee splitting votes.

I wouldn’t put it past him. John McCain is no friend of conservatives. If he wins, the country loses.

Romney’s in trouble now. I can’t believe McCain has won. He’s practically a democrat.

You said it man!

I am not feeling too good about this election at all. If our choice is between McNutty and Huckafraud, against Obama then we have very serious problems.

We could be look at loosing 40 states if the Huckster is the nominee

why does winning New Hampshire make stinking McCain a frontrunner?

It doesn't. The media is just enjoying the moment.

Their thinking is that the GOP won't pick Rudy. Fred's sinking. Mitt's cooked (they think, I don't). And Huckabee's a one state wonder (well, maybe two).

MediaCrats will do all they can to float McCain, but I still don't think Republicans would run him against Obama. I predict a slug fest between Rudy and Mitt.

The MSM wants Obama to win. Have you not been listening to Rush lately? Another example of the drive-by media skewing things.

According to Howie on Monday’s show he said, we had Thompson scheduled for Friday but he was a no show, we have him scheduled again for today,,,,when it came time for Thompson Howie said Thompson was here but “couldn’t wait another minute” to get on the air.....apparently he was in too much of a hurry to wait for the commercial to end.....

FOUR ABJECT RINOS (Ripon Socity Open Borders Mod/Libs) and one NUTCASE, all to the front of the bus in New Hampshire.

Isn't this just peachy, Reagan Republicans out there?

What has that party come to?

True Conservatives vanquished to 1% and less than 1% respectively, so far.

Anyone thinking "Alternative Conservative Party" or Conservative independent candidacy in 2008 yet?

It’s not fair to judge the polls until there’s 90+% of precincts reporting.
