I never have been able to figure that out, especially with Sean Hannity. What I do understand is the Northeastern elite and Julie is one. Self proclaimed northeastern Republicans (in many instances) are rinos. Although I have to either watch Fox News or nothing, I'll never let them (re)define Conservatism to me.
