That knocks out McCain and now Fred needs to eliminate RINO Romney in the south.

Obama and Hillary are making kissy face at their debate in Las Vegas. Yeah, that’ll last about as long as they are on camera.

" Exit polls show that UNCOMMITTED was the top choice of 80% of single men. HAHA! "

Can you break that down for me... so ? 80 % were uncommitted to any candidate on the Democrat side ? and what does this mean for Hillary or Obama ?

You said it!! Here's to Mitt for his second win WOO HOO! and also for a fantastic showing for Fred and Mitt in South Carolina. Guiliani is so leading up to the primaries 2008. Huckabee is so Iowa 2008. McCain is so New Hampshire 2008. I am pushing for Mitt and Fred until the end. They are the future. We've left the massive liberals behind. Open it up Republicans and give your all to Mitt and Fred!!

Mitt Romney President/Fred Thompson VP

Congrats Mitt and the whole Romney crew you deserve it. Here's to tonight and the future!!

Wyoming was a caucus, not a primary. That’s why.

It's about time a conservative won!!!

McCain, Rudy and the Huckster need to be rejected if the GOP is to survive.

Did someone say, “Brokered Convention”?

Before the era of presidential primaries, conventions were routinely brokered. Adlai Stevenson in 1952 for the Democratic Party and Thomas Dewey in 1948 for the Republican Party were the last two candidates elected through a brokered convention. The last seriously contested convention was the 1976 Republican convention, where Gerald Ford beat Ronald Reagan on the first ballot without obtaining a majority of delegates through the primary and caucus process.

Since then, there have been many years where brokered conventions were projected, but did not come to pass. In 1988, a brokered convention was predicted for the Democrats since multiple candidates won the Super Tuesday primaries that year.

I’d pick Romney over McCain any day

I'm very grateful McCain didn't win. I'm sure a lot of democrats voted for him.

"Romney is going to be the Republican party’s nominee. Better get used to it."

Then you'd better get used to President O'bama. Massachusetts liberals don't play in the South.

Thompson is at the bottom again. Very dissapointing.

He beat Giuliani in a state whether Giuliani had campaigned and he hadn't.

Because only the GOP primary has happened in Wyoming.

The Dems won’t have their primary until March 8th.

CNN is covering the GOP race only as an afterthought. They only REALLY care about the Dem side, since they are sure the Dems have 2008 all locked up. The other eason is that none of the really liberal GOP candidates placed in the top 3 in Wyoming. No Huck, McCain or Rudy ... so no news to report.

That knocks out McCain and now Fred needs to eliminate RINO Romney in the south.

Fred has yet to show that he can muster the votes necessary to win. If he can't, Romney looks to be the realistic alternative. He is not as RINO as some here would believe.

“It’s funny...the Dems were cheering for Romney today, too.”

I don’t know what your point is. Are you seriously suggesting that because I support Romney over McCain that I am a Dem?
