Still, I’d rather a judge both sides can agree on than a lefty like Ginsberg rammed down our throats. It’s just that at this time the court can really move right of it’s current position even with potential McCain moderates. No way they’d be as leftist as Ginsberg and Stevens.

I don’t know. McCain is enitrely too cozy with the hard Left ideological wing of the Democrat Party. Kerry-Keennedy-Leahy etc. The notion that he would appoint judges they disapproved of is not supported by his record.

However, I am hopful that the weather reports indicate we will not have to face that choice. The strong McCain areas are getting snow. That did him in in MI, let us hope for a repeat in SC
