I don't know what's next for Thompson, but I'm about to scrape my Thompson For President bumper sticker. If he can't win in the South, then he's pretty much finished.

This was a primary where most people voting were either independents or evangelicals.
Just have patience, Fred’s time is about to come, now that we’re finally getting to closed primaries with only Republicans voting and where pastors don’t hold sway over the voters.

Next election I'm voting for Bobby Jindal! If he can clean up Louisiana without joining the forces of corruption or getting caught in a scandal he will be in a very good position and have a great inspiring story to tell.
