Only if the officer issues a legal command. It wasn’t legal and the property owners had told her to move ahead.

Funny how old people seem to always lose their rights and are always idiots and battleaxes that need a good tasering.

HTF would you know? What if that officer had been given an emergency call but couldn't take it because the woman refused to move forward? Would that make you feel better knowing a FRIGGIN ORDER OF FRIES might have cost someone their life?

People in a place of public accomodation are required by law to observe the rules of the road and to obey the traffic directions of a peace officer.
