I just got home. I’ve been thinking about this all morning, afraid Hunter might endorse Huck because of their baptist connections. And I think that’s just what he did. Hunter has come out against Romney the hardest, because of China/Bain. But that doesn’t hold water, they’re all in bed with the globalists. The difference is Romney, who is Mormon, and lots of decisions are being made because of religion and it STINKS to high heaven!

All my family were Baptists. I’m glad I never joined the church, it seems to be made of religious bigots these days. And they have the NERVE to accuse Mormons of it!
This kind of religion buddying up is too reminiscent of Islam tribal thinking and it’s disgusting.

How does someone have the 4 decade record of Duncan Hunter and be such a DUMB-——(fill in the blank)

To hell with this entire political/primary system, I want to see it go down.

I’m voting for Ron Paul.

Huckabee suggested he’d make Hunter his Sec of Defense. That’s part of this, too.

I know you are too smart to vote for Ron Paul. Ron Paul will put all of us and our loved ones in danger for surrendering the WOT. I will no vote for Huckabee or Paul under any circumstances. Romney is getting my vote.

I'll be voting for Romney now. He is my third choice so I certainly would not have supported him over Hunter or Thomspon. However, I will support him in the primaries over McCain, Huckabee, or Guliani. I will also certainly support him over any of the DNC and feel that he can beat any of those three horses in the race.

I believe of the remaining candidates in the GOP, and certainly of those in the DNC, that Romney will buy us the most time, and that in certain areas he will actually do some good. He may well surprise us in other areas if his turn on those issues turns out to be sincere...and I am willing to give him the benefit of the doubt based on his account of the change, as opposed to trusting the others.

God preserve our Republic in these troubling times...and give us the wisdom to choose the path that will help in that endeavor.

You too? Give the guy some credit on how he has done things in the past. If he thinks this is the only way to save the babies, and get the fence built....Maybe he was even offered a VP to help get it done. Who else could hold Huckabee to his promises?

Why would a man risk angering his base and fighting off the vultures that never liked him to begin with if something important wasn't up. Just think about it, ok?

I'm with you AuntB! I disliked Huckabee's record from the beginning, but it was the way he deceptively attacked Romney about Mormonism using a journalist and then "playing dumb", and then making an attack add that he wasn't going to show, but then showed it to the media any way...that showed me his character, or lack of, and at that point I knew I would NEVER EVER vote for him. He reminds me of Bill Clinton. I am pro life, but I at least have respect for Rudy for being honest for what he believes in.
Huckabee is dishonest, he a populist, NOT a conservative, and I don't trust him, and never will.

I'm going with Romney!

Sorry for the rant, I am just so mad right now...
