Scarborough said most of the comments he’s getting on his blackberry come from conservatives. People are moved by this man and his appeal transcends race, rich and poor and the status quo in Washington. The media is gushing over this guy citing some of the comments that subtly slapped the Clintons. He warned supporters it’s going to get tough and nasty but he’s up to the challenge and the party will be better for it. Up next is Hillary in Nashville and Breck Girl.

You need some history, here.

It was conventional wisdom in 1960 that Democrats would never nominate a Catholic.

I know that sounds quaint today, but it was a _big_ deal then.

They will nominate Obama because a majority of Democrats have _finally_ had enough of the Clintons and because he is a great speaker that appeals to their emotions.
