The field of candidates from both parties is a complete disaster. No kidding. 2008 is looking like the "booby prize" election year for both major parties. Third Party candidates could have a much larger draw than previously anticipated.

We’ve survived some pretty terrible presidents. There was only one administration that our nation did not survive - that of James Buchanan. That said, if the GOP is dumb enough to nominate McCain, it won’t be my party for long.
