Some things to consider before we rush to vote for a third party candidate. There are probably going to be at least two USSC Judges die or retire in the next President's term, which will give the President the opportunity to appoint two new life time Judges. We KNOW the kind of Judges Hillary or Obama will appoint, and they would make the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals look like boy scouts.

With McCain or Romney, we still have a 50/50 chance that they would appoint conservative Judges. There's really no way to tell, but one thing is for certain, if we all run off and vote for a third party, we will guarantee that Hillary or Obama will be the next President, and the Judges they would appoint will be socialists who would rule against everything we stand for.

The next thing to consider is that if Hillary or Obama get in they will immediately pass amnesty, and the RAT controlled House and Senate will pass it right through. Once those illegals are legal, they will ALL vote for the RATS, from now on, and we will NEVER win another election. Do I want McCain or Romney? NO! But, what Hillary or Obama offer, I want even less. There's really no assurance that McCain or Romney wouldn't pass through an amnesty, (especially McCain) but we still have that 50/50 chance.

So, although I detest McCain, I would vote for him with hopes that he would appoint conservative Judges. IF not, we're no worse off than if Hillary or Obama won. IMHO, joining a third party now will give us President Hillary or Obamanation! Maybe working on it between now and the next election will be a much better time to switch. :o)

The SC judges likely to retire during a Democrat’s tenure would be liberals anyway. McCain’s going to sign an amnesty bill just like Hillary or Obama would, so in my mind, why have the baggage placed on a Republican president’s shoulders? Plus, why reward McCain for years and years of screwing over the Republican party? We’d just be telling the GOP that we’re fine with how things are going.

Sounds to me like it’s not time for a new party, coalition, whatever. It’s time for some of that *change* that’s being bantered about. It’s time to clean house, take out the garbage, TAKE BACK THIS COUNTRY!

Perhaps you need to refresh your memory regarding the Gang of 14. The republicans were finally ready to make a stand to end the unconstitutional filibustering of judicial appointments. Without McCain interference, they would have succeeded and at least one unconstitutional practice would have been ended.

And please, don't anyone reply with the bs about how we got more judges approved because of his actions. Not buying it!

Not rushing to a 3rd party candidate. I’m going to put in some elbow grease for a new 3rd party - a 3rd party that is what the GOP should have become, but didn’t.

FALCON has no candidates, only an idea to move the country forward in due time.
