Oh for goodness sake, the bill will never pass in this state.

I'd certainly think it wouldn't. What disturbs me is the fact that it is being proposed by elected officials at all.

There are always a few moonbatty pols, in both parties, who get on the "health tyranny" bandwagon. They are less likely to gain traction in Mississippi than anywhere--we have some of the most lenient smoking laws in the nation.
