Had a discussion with one of these Hipy-dipy types several weeks ago. Asked him just what he thought we should do, he answered with the following points:
Become isolationist (to him, that meant, leave the rest of the world alone).
Tax to the max and give the surplus to the less fortunate countries.
Abolish the military. If we didn’t have a military, the rest of the world would love us and leave us alone.
He had several other idiotic points, but you get the drift.
I tried to explain the faults in his ideology … he would have none of it and walked off in a huff.
Brain washed to the max … sad. And, he has a PHD!
tell him to put down his bong. He might remember some facts of reality.
Piled Higher and Deeper
Well, that explains it...some people are educated beyond their intelligence.

Don’t forget that PhD is an acronym for “piled higher and deeper”.

Very few PHD’s have normal common sense. A reality problem.
