I was there today. He looked great, got a terrific intro from the always inspiring Herman Cain, gave a focused and rousing speech, and most importantly, was sweet to my baby! LOL.

Hi there...  My baby put her head in my chest as we approached Mitt, so I decided not to give the Dems a photo-op.  LOL.

But the rally was great!  This from the Georgia blog:

Quick report from the rally

We had a wonderful event today in downtown Atlanta. It was packed, and we had to expand the room to accomodate everyone. The podium was filled with legislators and various other "VIPs" such as Jay Sekulow, Mark DeMoss, Sen. Rick Santorum, and Herman Cain who introduced Gov. Romney. It was a rousing introduction followed by a very energetic speech by Gov. Romney.

I've been to plenty of rallies before, but this one had the crowd fired up. Many left to go straight to the phone banks. Our yard signs were depleted in a matter of moments as the crowd left.

As I left the event, I passed a group of volunteers waving signs at the corner of Spring and North Ave. People are fired up!

Be sure to watch the news tonight for coverage.

Can you believe the day he is having? I am going to the rally here in Long Beach, CA tonight at our 7:30, which is 6 hours away. I HOPE the guy can sleep on the plane trips. And I hope tomorrow is all worth it!
