you will see. Mccain will probably pick Fred and keep the conservatives with him, all 3 legs of the stool, and still keep his appeal with the independents. That is how Mccain will have the best chance to win in the general.

Fred would run as a third party before he accepted an offer to be McCain’s VP.

Huckabee would be McCain’s VP unless Joe Liberman accepted. However, Huckabee’s more likely with Joe taking a cabinet position.
