Do you really think the RINO who organized the Gang of 14 to help Liberal Democrats block Bush’s appointment of Constructionist judges to the SCOTUS is actually going to appoint Constructionist judges?
Look for some Souters at best if McCain becomes the POTUS, which he will not.
