No need to suggest it at all, look at the actual evidence. More Albanians were killed by other Albanians. If Serbs were wholly interested in "massacring" Albanians then why did 100k of them flee North to Serbia proper when NATO started dropping bombs?

Time for you to start paying attention.

There were massacres perpetrated by both sides, but most likely not in the numbers promoted by the media during runup to the NATO bombing campaign.
