Youngsters are in no way prepared. They think life is an eternal shopping spree, with a cell phone glued on.

I know quite a few people in their 40's and 50's who will be in for quite a shock.

Yep, no doubt. When and if banks, ATMs, cell phones, gas stations and credit card machines freeze, they will go into utter shock.
