The idea of it is pointless.
The American Indian apparatus of land, and law is all tied to treaty obligations in perpetuity. It cannot be shared with any other group, race or creed.
This is total barfbag stuff.

You would think so, but Hawaiian separatists right now are pushing for the creation of a separate race-based government for themselves, based on having just a drop of Hawaiian blood. They do this by getting Congress to retroactively declare them an “Indian Tribe.”

And there’s a bill pending in our legislature right now that would establish a separate “Kupuna Tribunal,” not subject to state or federal courts or to the Constitution or Bill of Rights, to have exclusive jurisdiction over children with Hawaiian blood, and to exercise jurisdiction regarding “licensing, certifying, approval, or adjudication authority that affects the legal rights of all native Hawaiian people.”

Just to get an idea of the scope of this, about 20% of the residents of Hawaii have some degree of Hawaiian blood.
Needless to say, if this stuff passes, the Nation of Aztlan people will be right behind demanding the same treatment for “indigenous” Mexican Americans.
