“isn’t Brice’s Crossroads the famous battle in which Nathan Bedford Forrest used mobile artillery, which was studied by Erwin Rommel in the next century?”

Quite right.

Rush and others have concluded that keeping her in may negate a bonding. He may be right.

I do agree that the Clintons have regularly been underestimated, and that getting them OUT OF THE PRESIDENTIAL RACE is priority number one.

She’s already seemed to stop the surge to Obama, at least for the moment. I thought maybe it was just Clintonite spin, but Rasmussen and other reliable pollsters seem to have good news for her yesterday and today.

I can’t stomach her. Please let it be over soon!

—”Conservative’ talk radio is determined to give us the Clintons again.—

“Conservative” talk radio (as defined by Rush, Hannity, Beck) WANTS Billary back in the White House because much of the US will be infuriated by this situation and thus tune into them for “guidance”; thus putting sponsors’ money in their (the talkmeisters’) pockets. Obama promises unity; if the political lions and lambs do lie down together peacefully, the raison d’etre (that means “reason for being” for you folks in Rio Linda) for Rush et al. goes out the window. Mclame is their second choice; he’ll tick off the conservative audience almost as much as Shrillary will.

I’d already thought of that, but good point nonetheless.

If Hillary steals the nomination from Obama, no small number of very bitter blacks (and white liberals!) will either opt out of the general election or go Green. In my opinion, Hillary was thoroughly unelectable BEFORE the primary ever began. (When real Americans go into the privacy of their real voting places and cast their votes for real, they will not elect Hillary Clinton to the Presidency. Period. No candidate in history has gone into an election with an “unfavorable” polling as high as Hillary now has.) At this point she is dead in the water.

Hillary MUST steal the nomination.
