Someone said earlier that the guy in the limo failed the polygraph. I haven’t read anything to the contrary.

Still some controversy over whether the test was legit or a setup. The second polygraph expert felt there were some problems with the testing. The people that did the test cancelled payment on Sinclair's check and there is legal action pending for breach. I don't know how serious to take this soap opera, but this guy is not going away.
